Kingdom Developers Continues to Provide Access to Behavioral Health Services

Kingdom Developers is committed to doing all that we can to support our patients during this stressful time. We are here to help you manage your mental and emotional health and well-being through office visits that adhere to current safety protocols and via telehealth.

With the spread of COVID-19 in Ohio, we have implemented a screening process. Upon entry, you will be given a questionnaire. Complete it and be sure to give it to a KDC employee.

If you have a scheduled appointment with your therapist, please plan to keep your appointment. Existing patients should follow their treatment plans and watch for new symptoms.  Please call us at (216) 481-8585 to make an appointment.

About Your Appointment
During this time, caring for your mental health is important. Should you feel the need to cancel your appointment due to the virus, please consider switching your appointment to a telehealth appointment so that you can maintain your treatment. Late appointment cancellations related to COVID-19 will not be assessed cancellation fees

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is a health care service that is private, convenient, effective, and meets the standard of care for traditional outpatient appointments without the hassle of driving, parking, and waiting rooms. In many cases, telehealth can be as effective as when delivered during traditional outpatient appointments.

How Telehealth Works

Once you make your appointment, follow the steps below to connect with your therapist via telehealth. You can use your phone, tablet, or computer to see your therapist from the convenience of your location.

1. Use a computer or a device with internet access, a camera and a microphone.

2. Check your email for a Zoom invitation for your counseling session.

3. Click on “Join Meeting.”

4. Allow the browser to use your camera and microphone.

Your Safety and If You Have Symptoms

In addition to following CDC protocols, Kingom Developers is taking extra measures to keep our offices clean and sanitized to ensure your safety.

However if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, chills, cough or breathing problems, please contact your doctor’s office as he/she will help you determine the action steps for care.

As this situation changes quickly, please stay alert to information provided from trusted sources to protect you and your family.
